As an Authorized Dealer of AT&T, the AT&T Sales Representative you will be interacting with customers inside a retail setting on a daily basis. You will be promoting Cellular (Mobile Expert), Internet, and Television products and services to generate new accounts.

Position: AT&T Sales Representative Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints

· Work comfortably in a retail environment

· Provide information about the products and services

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

· Ability to build rapport with customers

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Positive and Professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
